Lynn Loebner holds an M.S.W. degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma. She own and operated Tulsa Biofeedback Institute until 1993. In that year, she began to shift her focus to psychotherapy and has continued her private practice since.
